Don’t ever order on th Grill City Mobile app it’s terrible. If you try to call for help nobody is picking up that phone. This is specifically for the Oxnard location. I apologize for my people for creating a low budget low quality app.

Overpriced price with mid priced items. 5.99 for small cup of veggies and coconut milk, no protein.

They deliver my order after 24hrs. When I checked, it was missing a few dishes. There was not even a delivery receipt.

Food is decent, kinda pricey, but good. Service is abysmal. Management needs to figure out how to get the line moving cause it doesn't even on non-busy hours.

Certain food is good but be warned of their shady pricing and / or portioning especially when you order through DoorDash. I ordered the family meal for 4 and they only gave enough food for just 2, complained about it and they rectified after some push back. I've ordered with them in person before and the side (pancit) they gave for family meal is less than half of what they'd give for a solo meal. Their merienda items are good deal if they have them available, the halo² is definitely a fav and finally I was able to try their arroz caldo overload which was good. Lately they've been slacking with DoorDash orders, I wouldn't receive a confirmation and this would be more than an hour after I placed it. Tried to get a hold of them but no response via phone or text, so I have went in and found out they never bothered to check the orders that came in from DoorDash which they used a tablet to view. They were not busy and it was not during rush hour. Why not turn off that service if you're not going to pay attention to it??
